Plan B Manufacturing has been producing Fixed Aluminum Louvers, as well as Aluminum Processed Parts and Weldments, for nearly 10 years. The company specializes in 2 inch and 4 inch fixed Aluminum Louvers for commercial and residential use. The company has proprietary frame and blade extrusions used in our 2 inch deep fixed louver. The 4 inch louvers, and optional 2 inch louvers, are made with common aluminum extrusions. All Plan B Manufacturing fixed aluminum louvers are made with extruded aluminum sections, as opposed to formed, light gauge sheet metal used by other louver manufacturers. These extruded sections provide superior strength and improved longevity.
We have designed our unique extrusions for our standard style 2 inch louvers with an eye for detail. The edges on the 2 inch depth louver frame are rounded for a pleasing appearance. The frame is miter cut at 45 degrees to give the classic look. The corners are designed with a corner key to add strength and security. The blades are designed with a rain guard lip at the top to help repel wind driven rain and are pop riveted at 45 degree angles.
Fixed louvers are also available in 2 inch and 4 inch depths utilizing welded construction with common aluminum extrusions. Welded 2 inch fixed louvers are available with front flange frame, channel frame and tube frame. This allows for a wide variety of installation methods, depending on application. We can use a number of different blade styles available in the aluminum industry, also depending on the application.
Some past projects using Plan B Manufacturing Aluminum Louvers include: the National Museum of Art, commercial and industrial buildings, apartment and condominium buildings, horse barns and arenas, aircraft hangers, panels for TV show sets, access panels for military personnel nuclear event survival modules, offshore oil rigs, windmills, church steeples, louvered doors and gates, gazebos, pergolas and other sun-blocking applications.
Plan B Manufacturing expanded to providing Aluminum Equipment Screen Louvers as well as offering engineering for many custom projects. Screens applications include: air conditioning equipment, generators, above ground fuel tank storage areas, trash container lots, marinas, yachts and boat storage yards, as well as maintenance areas and general fencing.
Plan B Manufacturing has been supporting manufacturers with aluminum parts and fabrications for many years. We produce parts in-house with saw cutting, drilling and machining. We offer welded aluminum components that are fabricated by our experienced welders. Parts and components are made to customer prints and specifications and we offer engineering/CAD drawing for custom or concept parts.
